If you see anyone causing a major problem and you think it deserves the attention of the admins, post it here or at Our Sourcebans Page under the Submit a Ban tab.
If you use the Sourcebans page, it will ask you for all required information. If you choose to report it here, however, the following information is required.
*Missing information fields marked with an asterisk (*) will result in the report being marked "Incomplete." It will still be reviewed, but with a lower priority.
Optional: a recorded demo file containing footage or evidence of the suspect player committing the acts you have described. For info about recording demo files, refer to wiki.teamfortress.com/wiki/Help:Recording_demos.
Reporting a player will not result in an automatic ban. The case will have to be reviewed, and, if necessary, admins will keep an eye on the player to see what he is up to, and then a decision will be made. Your report will be marked as "Pending" during this process. Once a decision has been made, your report will be marked "Accepted" or "Rejected" depending on the outcome of the decision. If it is rejected, you will be informed of the reason for that decision in a reply to your report.

- Steam ID or Community Profile URL. If this is not included, the report will automatically be rejected. Type 'status' in console to view the IDs of all connected players. Find the name of the player you wish to report, copy the Steam ID associated with it, and paste it in your post below. Steam ID is always preferable to Community Profile URL, because it is easier to obtain.
- *Player name. This does not have to include special Unicode characters that the player may have used, but please try to be as accurate as possible regarding the player's name.
- *A description of what they were suspected of doing. Try to keep it short, but include as many details as you think are necessary.
