First of all, the entire banlist has been made public here and at norulestf2.clanservers.com/index.php for the convenience of other server operators. If you are banned and your name is not in this list, it definitely will be in the link above, and you can still submit an appeal on this forum, in the correct board. Any time an admin bans someone, they are encouraged (but not required) to post that ban here. Bans made by me will always show up here.
Except under certain circumstances, banned players will be allowed to appeal once. After their first appeal gets rejected, or if they fall under those "certain circumstances," any future appeals will automatically be rejected. If a user spams the appeals board, they will also be banned from the forum.
You will not be able to post in this board, as it only allows you to view the banlist and the status of its entries. Appeals go in the ban appeals board. Threats will be removed, and bribes will not be accepted. If you are a donator and you do something to get yourself banned, you should have thought about it before getting yourself banned. Unfortunately, I am unable to voluntarily issue refunds, so if you want one, you will have to negotiate the matter through Paypal. If your ban expires before your donator perks do, you can continue to enjoy the perks for the remainder of their duration.
If you see someone else doing something against the common TF2 code of conduct (hacking, aimbot, harassment, trade scamming), and you think it deserves a ban, please submit your report with the perpetrator's Steam ID or profile link and any evidence you have (screenshots, demo files or video/audio recordings, SteamRep profile links, or anything we may ask for as evidence), and post it in the Player Reports board. We are not "pet admins" and we do not ban on request. However, if you submit a proper report, we will look into the matter. For trade scammers, we suggest reporting them to SteamRep or any of their affiliated trade communities as well as here.
Labels are visible from the Standing Bans board as well as from within each individual thread, and correspond to a ban's status.
Banned means exactly that.
Muted means exactly that as well.
Reduced Ban means an appeal has been made against the ban, and the decision was made to reduce the length of the ban instead of removing it entirely.
Unbanned means that a ban has been removed or has expired.
Unmuted means that a mute has been removed or has expired.
